If you are one of these women, try not to think of yourself as "non-orgasmic." Rather, try to think of yourself as "pre-orgasmic," as a woman whose range of sexual pleasures could be enhanced. Find out what you enjoy, what sensations give you the most satisfaction, and devote time to cultivating these experiences. Feeling a sense of trust and safety with your own bodily pleasures (and with the behaviors of your partner) is often necessary for orgasm, which usually requires a "letting go" of conscious control over bodily excitement. Out of anxiety, some women unconsciously prevent their orgasms, or lessen their intensity, sometimes by "holding their breath" and blocking the potentially pleasurable flow of energy through the body. Discovering what you like, and giving pleasure to yourself, is the best way to start enriching your sexual life. Don't be shy about using sex toys such as vibrators.

It takes the pressure off your partner as he/she is not the only source of your orgasms. It is the one form of sex with no risk of disease, pregnancy or emotional upset. It fits in with your life - unlike partner sex. It often results in more powerful and longer orgasms than other forms of sex. It allows you to fantasise and act as you want - please yourself not your partner. No partner/audience (usually) means you can be less inhibited in your use of toys and any other item you may personally find erotic.

Trace the alphabet on your clitoris with your index finger. Another great way to discover how certain stokes may affect the sensations your body can produce. You may like to try placing a finger inside yourself and thrusting it back and forth. A little lubricant can be useful here. Then take your fingers and tap them gently against your clitoris. Vary the speed and intensity of each tap, if you're playing music listen to it's beat and try to develop a rhythm.

How does VIGORELLE™ for Women work? Vigorelle™ is applied to the woman's genital area, specifically the underside of the clitoral hood. This allows the active ingredients to directly stimulate the tissue surfaces. Blood flow and dilation of the blood vessels increases around the clitoris, greatly enhancing sensitivity. Though response time varies with each individual woman, the pleasurable warming effects develop more rapidly with the sexual stimulation of touching and rubbing in the clitoral area, and with other activities of foreplay. Natural lubrication also takes place as a woman responds to the beautiful feeling of Vigorelle™ Creme.

Each year, the older kids make a large rocking horse - the teacher must have no imagination or plans for anything else. When each has been finished it is kept in a store room until the end of the year when it is raffled off or something. The first year I was there and the horse was finished I had a go on it for fun and had rather more fun than expected. Each year now I look forward to those few weeks when I can get to ride the latest model to see if the saddle ridge is as good as previous ones. No disappointments yet and some day I may get to own one of those beauties. A few years ago I had a job in a large travel agency in London.

We often go walking and camping in the Lake District (English National Park). Part of the fun is to get away from civilisation so our camps are often in remote places where normal hikers would not go. Waking up in the fresh air, miles from the next living sole, as the sun is just rising and the world seems so still is amazing. On more than one occasion, when I have been the first awake, I have celebrated the event by getting totally naked and frigging myself off in the open air. It feels so natural and free. I always feel recharged after doing it.

The bottom line: Every female's vaginal terrain is unique, and you have to explore your own to discover the hot spots. All-day Foreplay In the movie Introducing Dorothy Dandridge (airing this month on HBO), we learn a painful secret about our 1950's star (played by Halle Berry): She was sexually inhibited and derived little pleasure from sex.
